This workshop that has been designed by leaders, for leaders to future proof and strengthen their effectiveness.

  • Looking ahead: The meaning of artificial intelligence for leadership
  • “Psychological safety” – why you need it and how you get it

In this workshop we explore:

  • Key leadership skills and behaviours that result in higher levels of effectiveness and productivity
  • The concepts of “self-leadership” and “self-awareness” – and why they are the launchpad to leading others
  • The psychological pillars behind engaged teams

Building a resilient workforce: One habit at a time.

Do you struggle with absenteeism? Is your workforce experiencing low levels of motivation, or engagement? Are you noticing higher levels of dysfunction and conflict? In all of these cases, boosting resilience and wellbeing will have a measurably increased impact on your team’s performance.

In this workshop we explore:

EI – Increasing your personal effectiveness and leadership capabilities.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a set of key skills that help us better perceive, understand and manage emotions in ourselves and in others. In a world of ‘do more with less’, where continuous change is the norm and effective collaboration is essential, these skills are fundamental to success.

In this workshop we explore:

  • What is “emotional intelligence”, or EI?
  • How emotions impact on our behaviour, relationships and decision-making in the workplace
  • How EI can be measured and increased
  • Practical strategies to increase your self-management and relationship skills to boost team morale.
Effective leadership for hybrid and remote teams.

How can you lead effectively in an increasingly complex and uncertain world? What are productive leadership behaviours for “non-traditional” and flexible work arrangements including remote and hybrid teams?  It is culture – not technology – that make remote and hybrid teams successful!

In this workshop we explore:

  • What is psychological safety, and why should I care?
  • Why “traditional” leadership behaviours no longer work in remote & hybrid working arrangements
  • How you can leverage the benefits of flexible work arrangements while avoiding cultural erosion and social disintegration
  • What the new leadership mindset looks like
  • Practical strategies that work in non-traditional work arrangements.
